All orders will be shipped using Singpost from Singapore. Please opt for tracked shipping as we are not responsible for any lost mails.

Please note that for orders outside of Singapore, customers are responsible for any additional duties/taxes that may incur. These fees are regulated by your local government and are not included in the price paid to us.

Exchange Information
Please note that all goods sold are non-refundable/exchangeable. 

We are also not responsible for items damaged during shipping or lost mails as these are beyond our control. Please opt for tracked shipping whenever possible and we will do our best to ensure that your items are well packaged and protected before dropping them off for shipping.
